Job summary

Four Principles is seeking a hands-on People & Culture Operations Specialist to manage onboarding for UAE and KSA, administer HR systems like Zelt and SharePoint, and support payroll across GCC. The role involves day-to-day operations, performance cycle support, and off-boarding with a focus on data accuracy and process ownership.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in HR operations, strong Excel and reporting skills, and familiarity with GCC HR platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• 3+ years in HR operations, people operations, or similar administrative HR role.
• Experience with GCC HR platforms (QIWA, AXS) and payroll in KSA/UAE is a plus.
• Strong Excel and Word skills with reporting and dashboard experience.
• Proficiency in HRIS and people systems and data-driven decision support.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end onboarding for UAE and KSA joiners, ensuring a smooth experience from offer to day one.
• Administer onboarding surveys and drive improvements in the joiner experience.
• Oversee day-to-day employee operations and serve as first point of contact for queries.
• Manage AXS platform and HRIS (Zelt); maintain accurate data and timesheet/project administration.
• Coordinate device & IT procurement, license renewals, and vendor management.
• Support payroll administration across UAE & KSA and collaborate with EOR for mobility.
• Administer trainings and coordinate performance review cycles.
• Oversee end-to-end off-boarding with professional and careful handling.
