Job summary

Data One is seeking an HR Generalist to support the full employee lifecycle, onboarding, and day-to-day HR operations in the Dubai area. You will serve as a key contact for employees and managers on HR issues, maintain accurate HR data in Odoo, and contribute to recruitment, onboarding, and site administration.

The role emphasizes compliance with local labor regulations, confidentiality, and strong interpersonal communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience as HR Generalist or HR Administrator.
• Experience with HRIS systems such as Odoo, ADP, Paycom or Tri Net is a strong advantage.
• Strong understanding of HR administration and local labor regulations.

Responsibilities

• Support full employee lifecycle including contracts, onboarding, transfers, promotions and offboarding.
• Maintain confidential HR records and ensure data accuracy in the HRIS.
• Coordinate recruitment, CV screening, and interview scheduling for hiring managers.
• Assist with reference checks, job offers, onboarding sessions, and documentation.
• Support payroll data preparation and benefits administration.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor regulations, and audits.
• Serve as point of contact for HR policies and employee inquiries.
