Job summary

ASBIS Middle East seeks a results-driven sales professional to expand its IT distribution network across the GCC. You will manage key partners such as resellers, VARs, system integrators, and retailers, develop new business opportunities, and drive revenue growth while ensuring strong customer relationships.

The role requires proven GCC distribution experience, a solid partner network, and ability to execute go-to-market activities with vendors and customers. Travel within GCC may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Sales, or a related field required.
• 3+ years of proven experience in IT distribution sales within the GCC market.
• Strong understanding of GCC IT distribution and channel ecosystem.
• Established network of resellers, VARs, system integrators, retailers, and other channel partners across GCC countries.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing existing business.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue, margin, and growth targets across the GCC.
• Manage relationships with key partners including resellers, system integrators, VARs and retailers.
• Drive partner acquisition onboarding development and retention; maintain healthy sales pipeline.
• Coordinate with Product, Procurement, Logistics, Finance, and other teams to ensure excellent service and order execution.
