Qualifications

8–12 years of IT sales experience focused on System Integration Channel Partners.
Strong background in AV and Enterprise IT products.
Proven ability to drive revenue and optimize gross margin.
Excellent negotiation and contract management skills.
Strong relationship management and strategic thinking.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with System Integration Channel Partners across the UAE.
Identify and onboard new partners to expand market reach.
Conduct regular business reviews with partners to assess performance.
Provide sales training and account development support to partners.
Lead negotiations and contract discussions with partners to secure favorable terms.
Track sales performance metrics and report to senior management.
