StraitsX is building a world‑class commercial hub in Dubai to serve the EMEA market. The role targets high‑value institutional clients, including crypto exchanges, banks, and payment providers, across the GCC, with deep involvement in regulatory alignment (VARA, DIFC/DFSA).

You will lead enterprise sales, navigate complex multi‑stakeholder deals, and work from in‑market entry to contract closure, collaborating with Singapore HQ.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of solid business development experience in stablecoin issuance, payments infrastructure, or institutional digital assets in the GCC region.
• Strong network of institutional crypto clients and digital asset platforms in Dubai and the GCC.
• Deep familiarity with VARA mainland regulations and DIFC/DFSA frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and close high‑value institutional merchants, crypto exchanges, OTC desks, card issuers, and traditional financial institutions across the GCC region.
• Pitch and secure commercial partnerships for StraitsX's full infrastructure suite, including DVA for exchanges and cross‑border settlement rails.
• Sell fiat‑to‑stablecoin conversion rails to institutional buyers addressing treasury, settlement, and liquidity needs.
• Manage long‑cycle enterprise deals from outreach to contract execution with Treasury, product, and compliance stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and leadership to align sales motions with VARA, DIFC/DFSA requirements.
• Formulate regional Go‑To‑Market strategy and establish early client success stories for future expansion.
