Potters Solutions Pvt. Ltd. in Dubai seeks an Independent Enterprise Cloud Sales Director – GCC to identify and win enterprise cloud opportunities across the GCC, driving a 100% commission-based, uncapped earnings model.

The role requires 7+ years in enterprise IT / cloud sales with a strong GCC network and CIO/CTO relationships. You will manage the full sales cycle from discovery to closure, collaborating with Potters’ technical teams on proposals and POCs, and expanding into managed services.

Qualifications

7+ years of Enterprise IT / Cloud sales.
Strong GCC enterprise network.
Existing CIO/CTO/CISO relationships strongly preferred.
Experience selling Cloud, Managed Services, Data Center or IT Solutions.
Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills.
Proven track record of closing high-value technology deals.
Entrepreneurial and comfortable working on a commission-only model.

Responsibilities

Identify and acquire new enterprise customers.
Build CXO relationships across GCC.
Generate and manage qualified Cloud pipeline.
Lead discovery, solution positioning and commercial discussions.
Work with Potters technical teams on proposals and POCs.
Manage opportunities from lead → proposal → negotiation → closure → collection.
Develop strategic relationships with hyperscalers, SIs, MSPs and technology partners.
Expand existing accounts into recurring Cloud / Managed Services engagements.
