Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in sales.
• Experience leading sales teams across the Middle East or multiple countries/regions.
• Proven track record in driving expansion growth within large, complex accounts.

Responsibilities

• Lead and empower a team of account executives focused on strategic accounts and expansion opportunities across the Middle East
• Drive growth through account expansion, cross-sell, upsell, and penetration into high-value customers
• Ensure team consistently meets revenue targets with strong pipelines
• Coach team through complex enterprise sales cycles, including executive engagement and negotiations
