Job summary

Maveric Services is seeking an AVP - Technology Sales to drive business growth across the GCC Banking & Financial Services sector. You will lead high-value technology services sales across banks and financial institutions in the region and own the revenue pipeline.

This leadership role requires a strong GCC network, proven track record in technology services or managed services, and the ability to build CXO-level relationships while shaping large opportunities and staffing engagements.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT Services/Technology Sales.
• Mandatory experience selling into the Banking & Financial Services sector.
• Strong network within banks across GCC markets with CXO-level revenue ownership.
• Proven track record in technology services, consulting, or managed services sales.
• Experience with staffing sales is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business and revenue growth within banks and financial institutions.
• Sell Maveric’s services across Data Services, Digital Transformation, AMS, Legacy/Platform Modernization.
• Build and manage CXO-level relationships.
• Develop and close large technology services opportunities.
• Drive staffing sales engagements alongside technology sales.
• Own pipeline, forecasting, and revenue targets for the assigned territory.
