Bluebik Group PLC. is expanding into the GCC region and seeking an experienced Business Development Lead with an established C-level network in banking and financial services.

The role focuses on opening the GCC market, building a regional client portfolio, and positioning Bluebik as a trusted transformation partner across digital transformation, banking technology, Data & AI, cloud, and enterprise modernization.

Qualifications

• Current residence in the GCC and the ability to travel across the region.
• Strong knowledge of the GCC business environment and banking ecosystem.
• Familiarity with digital transformation, Data & AI, cloud, enterprise architecture, or banking technology.
• Established and active C-level network within BFSI in at least one GCC market.
• Demonstrated ability to convert senior relationships into introductions, qualified opportunities, and new business.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute Bluebik's business development strategy across priority GCC markets.
• Identify high-potential banks and financial institutions where Bluebik's capabilities can create meaningful business impact.
• Provide regional market intelligence covering client priorities, technology investments, competitive dynamics, and transformation needs.
• Represent Bluebik at relevant industry events, business forums, and executive engagements across the region.
• Leverage existing C-level relationships to create introductions and open strategic conversations with prospective clients.
• Engage CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, Heads of Digital, Heads of Transformation, and other senior decision-makers within banks and financial institutions.
• Identify client needs and convert them into qualified consulting and technology opportunities.
• Build a sustainable pipeline of new clients and originated revenue, not relying on cold outreach.
• Take ownership of opportunities from initial relationship development through qualification, proposal development, negotiation, and closing.
