Job summary

Viva HR Consultants is seeking an Area Executive for a technical after-sales service role based in Dubai. You will be the SPOC for GCC, coordinating installation, enablement, and management of the service network to ensure optimal customer satisfaction across regions.

The role requires 3+ years in service with leadership exposure, strong communication, data analytics, and willingness to travel for field service and training activities.

Qualifications

• Graduate or Diploma engineer with a technical background.
• Minimum 3 years in the service industry, with at least 1 year in a lead position.
• Experience in the building industry is desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage data effectively and perform analytics for process improvement.
• Strong understanding of service network operations and challenges.
• Willingness to travel and work with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate service network installation and enablement, selecting capable service providers.
• Ensure timely service delivery, accurate charges, and customer delight.
• Manage and train service providers, monitor stock levels and spare parts.
• Support market and project activities, stock reconciliation, and showroom displays.
• Plan and conduct stakeholder training (OME, OMP, SP, ASP owners, architects).
• Provide proactive support for large retail projects across installation stages.
• Engage key accounts and manage escalations with a focus on process improvements.
• Leverage analytics to improve service efficiency and customer experience.
