Job summary

Urban Ridge Supplies in Dubai is seeking a motivated Business Development Manager to drive new client acquisition and expand markets across the UAE. You will pursue both B2C and B2B opportunities, identify verticals, and build strategic partnerships while managing negotiations from start to finish.

The role requires a proven ability to source clients independently, fluency in English, and a self-starter mindset with UAE driving skills preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in business development or active B2B/B2C sales.
• Proven track record of independently sourcing clients.
• Strong negotiator with ability to build lasting relationships.
• Fluent English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
• Own car and UAE driving licence (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Proactively hunting and acquiring new clients across B2C and B2B.
• Identifying and developing new verticals and partnership channels
• Leading negotiations and closing deals end-to-end
• Managing warm inbound leads as an additional sales stream
• Coordinating the client manager: task assignment and oversight
• Maintaining the sales pipeline and CRM reporting
