TopTalent Recruitment Agency is recruiting an experienced Floor Manager for an FX brokerage in Dubai. You will lead floor operations, supervise sales and retention teams, and drive deposits and conversions in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 2+ years in FX/Forex as a Floor/Desk Manager, strong leadership and English proficiency, and a track record of hitting targets. Competitive salary with commission and clear career growth are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years experience as a Floor Manager / Desk Manager in FX/Forex, CFD brokerage.
• Experience managing Asian Desks is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of FX sales conversion, deposits, and client handling.
• Proven track record of achieving targets and leading teams.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Fluent in English.
• Strong reporting and organizational skills.
