TopTalent Recruitment - Careers is seeking an experienced FX Conversion Floor Manager for a Dubai-based brokerage. You will lead the sales floor, coach agents, and drive deposits and conversions in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years as a Floor/Desk Manager in FX/Forex CFD brokerage, strong leadership, and a proven track record of hitting targets. French language skills are essential, with regional/Asian desks experience a plus.

Qualifications

2+ years as Floor Manager/Desk Manager in FX/Forex CFD Brokerage.
Experience managing Asian Desks is advantageous.
Strong knowledge of FX, sales conversions, deposits, and client handling.
Proven track record of achieving targets and leading teams.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Fluent in French.
Strong reporting and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Manage daily floor operations and supervise the sales/retention teams
Monitor team KPIs performance and daily targets
Coach, motivate and train agents to maximize conversions and deposits
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations

FX Conversion Floor Manager (English) - FX Brokerage

Location: Dubai UAE (On-site) Full Relocation Package

We are looking for an experienced Floor Manager to join an already established FX Brokerage in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills sales management experience and the ability to drive team performance in a high-pressure environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily floor operations and supervise the sales/retention teams
Monitor team KPIs performance and daily targets
Coach motivate and train agents to maximize conversions and deposits
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
Handle escalations client issues and support agents when needed
Coordinate with management to improve sales strategies and processes
Maintain a positive and competitive working environment

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years experience as a Floor Manager / Desk Manager in FX/Forex CFD Brokerage.
Prior experience managing Asian Desks is advantageous.
Strong knowledge of FX sales Conversion deposits and client handling
Proven track record of achieving targets and managing teams
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Fluent in French
