The role requires 2+ years in FX/Forex as a Floor/Desk Manager, strong leadership and English proficiency, and a track record of hitting targets. Competitive salary with commission and clear career growth are offered.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years experience as a Floor Manager / Desk Manager in FX/Forex, CFD brokerage.
- Experience managing Asian Desks is advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of FX sales conversion, deposits, and client handling.
- Proven track record of achieving targets and leading teams.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Fluent in English.
- Strong reporting and organizational skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily floor operations and supervise the sales/retention teams
- Monitor team KPIs, performance, and daily targets
- Coach, motivate, and train agents to maximize conversions and deposits
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
- Handle escalations, client issues, and support agents when needed
- Coordinate with management to improve sales strategies and processes
- Maintain a positive and competitive working environment
