TopTalent Recruitment Agency is seeking an experienced Floor Manager to lead the on-site FX trading floor in Dubai. The role demands strong leadership, sales management, and the ability to drive performance in a high-pressure environment.

You will supervise the sales/retention teams, monitor KPIs, coach agents, ensure compliance, and collaborate with management to improve strategies. Fluent English and proven team leadership are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years as Floor Manager/Desk Manager in FX/Forex or CFD brokerage.
• Experience managing Asian Desks is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of FX sales retention, deposits, and client handling.
• Proven track record of achieving targets and leading teams.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Fluent in English.

Location: Dubai, UAE (On-site) Full Relocation Package We are looking for an experienced Floor Manager to join an already established FX Brokerage in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, sales management experience, and the ability to drive team performance in a high-pressure environment.

• Manage daily floor operations and supervise the sales/retention teams
