Job summary

TopTalent Recruitment Agency in Dubai is seeking an experienced Floor Manager to lead an FX brokerage floor on-site. You will oversee sales/retention teams, drive performance, and ensure compliance in a high-pressure environment.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in FX/Forex desk management, strong leadership, and a proven track record of hit targets. Fluency in French is required, with relocation support and a competitive commission structure offered.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience as Floor Manager/Desk Manager in FX/Forex or CFD brokerage.
• Experience managing Asian Desks is advantageous.
• Fluent in French.

• Manage daily floor operations and supervise the sales/retention teams.

We are looking for an experienced Floor Manager to join an already established FX Brokerage in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, sales management experience, and the ability to drive team performance in a high-pressure environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily floor operations and supervise the sales/retention teams


• Monitor team KPIs, performance, and daily targets


• Coach, motivate, and train agents to maximize conversions and deposits


• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations


• Handle escalations, client issues, and support agents when needed

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years experience as a Floor Manager / Desk Manager in FX/Forex, CFD Brokerage.


• Prior experience managing Asian Desks is advantageous.


• Strong knowledge of FX sales Retention, deposits, and client handling


• Proven track record of achieving targets and managing teams


• Excellent communication and leadership skills


• Fluent in French


• Strong reporting and organizational skills
