Job summary

TopTalent Recruitment - Careers in Dubai is seeking an FX Retention Floor Manager to lead our FX Brokerage on-site. You will supervise daily floor operations, drive retention metrics and mentor the sales team to exceed targets in a high-pressure trading environment.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of floor/desk management in FX/Forex CFD brokerage, experience with Asian desks is a plus, and fluent French. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience as a Floor Manager/Desk Manager in FX/Forex CFD Brokerage.
• Prior experience managing Asian Desks is advantageous.
• Fluent in French.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily floor operations and supervise the sales/retention teams.
• Monitor team KPIs performance and daily targets.
• Coach, motivate and train agents to maximize conversions and deposits.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Handle escalations, client issues and support agents when needed.

We are looking for an experienced Floor Manager to join an already established FX Brokerage in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills sales management experience and the ability to drive team performance in a high-pressure environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily floor operations and supervise the sales/retention teams
• Monitor team KPIs performance and daily targets
• Coach motivate and train agents to maximize conversions and deposits
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
• Handle escalations client issues and support agents when needed
• Coordinate with management to improve sales strategies and processes
• Maintain a positive and competitive working environment

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years experience as a Floor Manager / Desk Manager in FX/Forex CFD Brokerage.
• Prior experience managing Asian Desks is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of FX sales Retention deposits and client handling
• Proven track record of achieving targets and managing teams
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
