Job summary

TopTalent Recruitment Agency in Dubai is seeking an experienced Floor Manager to lead the FX brokerage floor on-site. You will drive team performance, oversee sales/retention, and ensure smooth daily operations in a high-pressure environment.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years as a Floor Manager/Desk Manager in FX/Forex, with strong leadership, target delivery, and fluent French. Prior experience managing Asian Desks is advantageous; excellent communication and reporting skills are essential for

• Minimum 2+ years as Floor Manager/Desk Manager in FX/Forex or CFD brokerage.
• Experience managing Asian Desks is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily floor operations and supervise the sales/retention teams.
• Monitor team KPIs, performance, and daily targets.
• Coach, motivate, and train agents to maximize conversions and deposits.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Handle escalations, client issues, and support agents when needed.
• Coordinate with management to improve sales strategies and processes.
