Job summary

TopTalent Recruitment Agency is seeking an experienced Floor Manager for an FX Brokerage in Dubai. You will lead daily floor operations, supervise sales/retention teams, and drive performance in a fast-paced, on-site environment.

The role requires 2+ years in FX/Forex desk management, strong leadership, and fluent French. You will coach teams, monitor KPIs, ensure compliance, and contribute to sales strategy. A full relocation package is offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years as Floor Manager/Desk Manager in FX/Forex or CFDs.
• Asian Desks experience is advantageous.
• Strong FX sales conversion/ deposits knowledge.
• Proven track record leading teams and achieving targets.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Fluent in French.

We are looking for an experienced Floor Manager to join an already established FX Brokerage in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, sales management experience, and the ability to drive team performance in a high-pressure environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily floor operations and supervise the sales/retention teams
• Monitor team KPIs, performance, and daily targets
• Coach, motivate, and train agents to maximize conversions and deposits
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
• Handle escalations, client issues, and support agents when needed
• Coordinate with management to improve sales strategies and processes
• Maintain a positive and competitive working environment

Requirements:

• Minimum 2+ years experience as a Floor Manager / Desk Manager in FX/Forex, CFD Brokerage.
• Prior experience managing Asian Desks is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of FX sales Conversion, deposits, and client handling
• Proven track record of achieving targets and managing teams
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Fluent in French
• Strong reporting and organizational skills
