Qualifications

• Minimum 6-8 years of recruiting experience in engineering or consultancy environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment from role intake to offer acceptance.
• Assist the HR Director with recruitment strategies and resource planning.

• Evaluate candidates through structured interviews and competency-based assessments.
• Advise hiring managers on talent availability, market trends, and selection decisions.
• Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
