9E Global invites a seasoned recruiter to lead full-cycle hiring within engineering and consultancy domains in the UAE. You will intake roles, design hiring strategies, source talent, and run structured interviews to present top candidates to hiring managers.

Collaborate with the HR Director to plan resources, ensure a positive candidate experience, and uphold data/reporting standards while contributing to employer branding efforts.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in HRM or similar field is required.
• 6-8 years of recruiting experience in engineering or consultancy environments.
• Ability to manage multiple roles in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Strong understanding of technical roles and project-based hiring.

Responsabilidades

• Lead full-cycle recruitment from role intake to offer acceptance.
• Assist HR Director with recruitment strategies and resource planning.
• Proactively source talent through targeted channels and market research.
• Evaluate candidates via structured interviews and competency assessments.
• Advise hiring managers on talent availability and market trends.
• Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout hiring.
• Maintain recruitment data and support reporting and compliance requirements.
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives and continuous improvement of hiring practices.
• Collaborate with management to align HR processes with company objectives.
