Job summary

Golden Square Engineering Consultants - GS in Dubai is seeking an experienced Recruitment Specialist to lead end-to-end hiring for technical, engineering, construction, and corporate roles.

You will source candidates via LinkedIn, Indeed, databases; screen, interview, coordinate with managers; build a strong pipeline and improve candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist/Recruiter in the UAE.
• Strong recruitment background in construction, contracting, and engineering consultancy
• Good understanding of technical and engineering positions and the UAE talent market.
• Strong sourcing, screening, interviewing, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage high-volume and urgent recruitment requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain candidate records and provide regular recruitment updates and reports.
• Support employer branding and improve the overall candidate experience.
