9E Global is a multi-disciplinary engineering consultancy seeking an HR Specialist to lead full-cycle recruitment for engineering and consultancy roles. The role works closely with the Head of HR and HR Director, sourcing talent and advising on market trends to secure top candidates.

You will manage role intake, coordinate assessments, and ensure a professional candidate experience while maintaining recruitment data and contributing to employer branding initiatives.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
• 6–8 years recruiting experience in engineering/consultancy.
• Ability to manage multiple roles in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Strong understanding of technical roles and project-based hiring.

Responsabilidades

• Lead full-cycle recruitment from role intake to offer acceptance.
• Assist HR Director with recruitment strategies and resource planning.
• Proactively source talent through targeted channels, networking, and market research.
• Evaluate candidates through structured interviews and competency-based assessments.
• Advise hiring managers on talent availability, market trends, and selection decisions.
• Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data and support reporting and compliance requirements.
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives and continuous improvement of hiring practices.
