Job summary

Qualifications

• Full-cycle recruitment across roles and levels.
• Experience with ATS and modern sourcing tools.
• Sourcing, screening and assessing candidates efficiently.
• Experience in technical recruitment for engineering/construction is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process end-to-end as per standards.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and timelines.
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates and prepare reports.
• Build talent pools and engage active/passive candidates for current and future needs.
• Maintain recruitment data and generate weekly and ad hoc progress reports.
