RTC-1 Employment Services seeks a Front Stage Agent for a prestigious 5-star hotel in Dubai. You will manage check-ins/outs, registrations, room assignments, and payments, delivering efficient and welcoming front desk service.

Responsibilities include handling reservations, inquiries, billing, and special requests, while coordinating with Reservations, Housekeeping, Concierge and Guest Relations to ensure seamless arrivals and departures. Upselling hotel upgrades and services is encouraged.

Formación

• Experience as Front Desk Agent or similar in upscale hotels.
• Fluent in Russian, Mandarin or Arabic; strong English speaking/writing.
• Proficient with hotel PMS for reservations, registration and billing.

Position Title: Front Stage AgentEmployment Type: Full TimeSalary AED: up to 2,000 depending on experience and qualifications plus service charge, accommodation, transportation, and duty mealsJob Location: Dubai, UAEAbout the Client:A prestigious 5-star luxury hotel in Dubai, renowned for its distinctive hospitality concept, sophisticated ambiance, and exceptional guest experiencesJob Description:Manage guest check-ins, check-outs, room assignments, registration, and payment transactions while delivering efficient, personalized, and welcoming front desk service.Handle room reservations, guest inquiries, billing concerns, and special requests while maintaining accuracy and compliance with hotel operating standards.Coordinate with Reservations, Housekeeping, Concierge, and Guest Relations teams to ensure smooth room readiness, guest arrivals, departures, and service delivery.Promote room upgrades, hotel amenities, and additional services through effective upselling while maintaining guest satisfaction and professional hospitality standards.

Qualifications:Previous experience as a Front Desk Agent, Receptionist, or Guest Service Agent within a 4-star or 5-star hotel, preferably in an upscale hospitality environment.Fluency in Russian, Mandarin Chinese, or Arabic is preferred, with good spoken and written English.Proficiency in hotel property management systems, preferably Opera PMS, including reservations, guest registration, and billing procedures.Excellent customer service, communication, cash-handling, and multitasking skills with a polished appearance and guest-focused attitude.
