RTC-1 Employment Services is recruiting a Front Stage Supervisor for a prestigious 5-star luxury hotel in Dubai. You will oversee daily Front Office operations, ensuring seamless guest service and efficient shift handovers, while mentoring Front Stage Agents to maintain luxury standards.

Requirements include 2-3 years in a high-end hotel front desk, supervisory experience, and fluency in Russian, Mandarin Chinese, or Arabic with strong English communication.

Job Description

• Supervise daily Front Office operations, including guest arrivals, departures, room allocations, cashiering, and shift handovers, ensuring seamless service delivery and operational efficiency.
• Lead, coach, and support Front Stage Agents, monitor team performance, coordinate shift activities, and maintain consistent luxury hospitality service standards.
• Handle VIP arrivals, escalated guest complaints, complex service requests, and operational challenges, ensuring effective service recovery and guest satisfaction.
• Monitor room availability, billing accuracy, upselling opportunities, and Opera PMS transactions while coordinating with Reservations, Housekeeping, and other hotel departments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of Front Office experience within a 4-star or 5-star hotel, preferably with previous supervisory, team-leading, or senior front desk responsibilities.
• Fluency in Russian, Mandarin Chinese, or Arabic is preferred, with strong English communication skills.
• Strong working knowledge of Opera PMS, front desk operations, guest billing, room inventory, and established luxury hotel service procedures.
• Proven leadership, staff coaching, decision-making, and complaint-resolution abilities, with excellent interpersonal skills and a professional presentation.
