Qualifications

• Genuine service mindset with emotional intelligence (EQ).
• Minimum 4 years in hospitality industry.
• Minimum 2 years in a supervisory role in a 5-star hotel environment.
• High school diploma required; college degree in hotel mgmt or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years in a similar supervisory role in a 5-star property.
