The role requires 2+ years in luxury hotel front office or guest services management, strong leadership, and proficiency in Opera PMS, along with excellent English communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field.
• 2+ years in luxury hotel front office/guest services management.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage front office operations, guest services, concierge.
• Monitor all financial transactions and payments.
• Ensure accurate guest folios, billing statements, and invoices.
• Handle overbooking scenarios efficiently.
• Pre-block VIP and long-stay rooms; coordinate with Housekeeping.
• Record guest preferences in systems (ALICE, SAGA, Opera).
• Engage with guests from pre-arrival to ensure a seamless stay.
• Address guest dissatisfaction and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain communication across departments via personal and digital channels.
• Log guest feedback in ALICE on the day of occurrence.
