Job summary

Kerzner International, Dubai-based luxury hospitality group, seeks a confident Reservations Sales Agent for One&Only One Zaabeel. You will manage reservations via phone and email, and actively upsell rooms and dining to maximize revenue while upholding Forbes-level service standards.

Ideal candidate has 1–2 years in luxury reservations or call centers, excellent communication, and a sales-driven mindset. Arabic language skills are highly regarded, with proficiency in MS Office and PMS/Synxis

Qualifications

• Fluent English; Arabic language skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle reservations by phone and email with accuracy and professionalism.
