Accor is seeking an entry-level hospitality professional in Abu Dhabi to deliver outstanding guest service and manage reservations. You will handle calls, emails, and online requests with professionalism, while promoting services and ensuring accurate guest records.

The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment. English fluency is essential; Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year experience in hospitality.
Fluent in English; Arabic a plus.
