Job summary

Andaz Dubai The Palm is seeking a Guest Service Officer to be the first point of contact for guests, delivering warm, personalized service and ensuring a seamless arrival, stay and departure.

You will work within the Rooms Division Reception to uphold Andaz brand standards, collaborating with teams and contributing to memorable guest experiences through excellent communication in English.

Qualifications

• Diploma/qualification in Hospitality or Tourism Management.
• Excellent English communications on both verbal and writing skills.
• Well versed with Opera system are beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for guests, delivering warm, personalized service and ensuring a seamless arrival, stay, and departure experience.
• Provide excellent and consistent service to customers and contribute to the smooth running of the Reception within the Rooms Division.
