• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers arriving in the showroom and assist walk-in customers.
• Handle telephone switchboard and take messages.
• Plan workshop capacity and team capacity and monitor utilization.
• Ensure customers waiting are comfortable and attended to.
• Address initial customer complaints and direct to the responsible person.
• Follow up on customer complaints to ensure resolution.
• Maintain professional communication with customers before, during and after service.
• Collaborate with Sales/Parts/Finance departments to drive customer satisfaction.
• Contribute to customer growth and retention through ethical service.
