The role focuses on accurate pricing communication, smooth front desk operations, and coordinating events while maintaining a welcoming, team-focused atmosphere. Prior experience in a busy service setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment for parents and customers.
• Explain pricing packages clearly and address pricing questions.
• Handle incoming calls and route to the right personnel.
• Resolve pricing-related complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Greet customers and maintain a friendly front desk atmosphere.
• Promote the Kidsapp platform for promotions and bookings.
• Maintain a daily checklist for inventory, system updates and cleanliness.
• Perform daily retail inventory checks and count challenges on weekends.
• Update and troubleshoot the ODOO system including OTP delays.
• Act as party coordinator when needed to ensure smooth events.
• Foster the Tribe values of teamwork, respect, inclusiveness, brilliance and empowerment.
• Support colleagues during busy periods and assist with extra tasks.
