Job summary

IdeaCrate Edutainment Company LLC is seeking a friendly on-site front desk associate to greet families, understand their needs, and convert interest into higher-value bookings. You will be the first point of contact for many visitors, so warmth and credibility matter as much as sales ability.

Your role includes approaching guests, quoting memberships and party packages, handling group inquiries end to end, logging leads in POS/CRM, and following up to drive conversions.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years selling face to face to walk-in customers.
• Experience in leisure, entertainment or hospitality venues.
• Confident initiating conversations with strangers, including families.
• Basic systems literacy: POS, CRM or booking software, spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Proactively approach guests to introduce memberships, packages, party bookings and add-on services.
• Convert walk-ins into members, repeat customers or party bookings within monthly targets.
• Handle party and group booking enquiries end to end: conversation, quote, follow-up, confirmation and handover to operations.
• Capture guest contact details and log leads and outcomes in POS/CRM system.
• Follow up on open leads by phone, WhatsApp and email within agreed timeframes.
• Manage renewals and reactivation of lapsed members/customers.
• Support the front desk during peak surges; stay customer-facing.
• Provide feedback on offers, objections, and requests from guests.
• Maintain daily/weekly reporting on approaches, conversions and revenue.
