Job summary

IdeaCrate in Abu Dhabi seeks a friendly Front Desk Associate to welcome families, explain pricing packages, and handle inquiries with warmth. You will manage calls, assist with bookings, and contribute to a smooth, family-friendly environment.

You will also oversee daily admin tasks, inventory checks, and system updates, while promoting the Kidsapp channel and supporting team goals aligned with TRIBE values.

Qualifications

• Experience in office administration
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong record-keeping abilities
• Experience with financial transactions and payments
• Familiarity with playgroup/nursery operations
• Clear and effective communication skills
• Proficient with standard software tools and systems

Responsibilities

• Explain pricing packages and address customer concerns clearly.
• Manage incoming calls and transfer to the appropriate personnel.
• Resolve pricing discrepancies and maintain a positive customer experience.
• Greet parents and create a welcoming front desk atmosphere.
• Promote the Kidsapp channel for advertising and bookings with incentives.
• Maintain a daily checklist for tasks, including inventory, system updates and front desk cleanliness.
• Conduct daily inventory checks, especially arts and crafts items; count weekends challenges.
• Update the ODOO system and resolve OTP delays to keep the system running smoothly.
• Act as party coordinator in the absence of designated staff.
• Support the team and uphold TRIBE values (Teamwork, Respect, Inclusiveness, Brilliance, Empowerment).
• Lend a hand with additional tasks when colleagues are unavailable.
