Job summary

IdeaCrate in Dubai is seeking a proactive front desk associate to greet guests, understand their needs and convert conversations into higher-value purchases. You’ll handle check-ins, payments and queue management while building warm, credible relationships with families in a busy environment.

Key duties include approaching guests, converting walk-ins into memberships or party bookings, logging leads in the POS/CRM, and reporting on performance.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years selling face to face to walk-in customers with a monthly target.
• Quantifiable track record showing conversion and target attainment.
• Confident initiating conversations with strangers, including families.
• Able to work in a loud, busy environment with frequent interruptions.
• Basic systems literacy: POS, CRM or booking software, and spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Proactively approach guests to introduce memberships, packages, and add-on services.
• Convert walk-ins into members, repeat customers, or party bookings, aiming at monthly targets.
• Handle party and group booking enquiries end to end: conversation, quote, follow-up, confirm, handover.
• Capture guest contact details and log every lead in POS/CRM.
• Follow up on open leads by phone, WhatsApp and email within agreed timeframes.
• Manage renewals and reactivations of lapsed members/customers.
• Support front desk during peak times while staying customer-facing first.
• Provide feedback on offers, objections, and unmet guest requests.
• Maintain accurate daily/weekly reporting on approaches, conversions and revenue.
