Job summary

The Luxury Collection hotel in Dubai is seeking a courteous Front Desk/Guest Service professional to handle guest check-ins, verify identities and payments, and issue room keys. You will ensure accurate accounts, document market codes, and provide directions and property information to guests.

You will also support training, maintain professional conduct, and respond to guest requests promptly. Proficiency with POS systems and a commitment to Marriott’s service standards are essential.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• License or Certification: None

Responsibilities

• Process guest check-ins, verifying identity and payment methods.
• Set up accurate guest accounts and issue room keys.
• Assist management in training and coaching employees.
• Support team to meet and exceed service standards.
• Balance and secure cash and process payments and vouchers.
