Job summary

Framex investment is seeking a seasoned Franchise Investment Manager in Dubai to lead deal origination, financial modeling, and negotiations from screening through signing. The role blends rigorous analysis with hands-on deal structuring and cross-functional coordination.

You will build robust financial models, manage a deal pipeline, and coordinate with Legal & Compliance to ensure commercially sound agreements and thorough due diligence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or Economics.
• 5+ years experience in investment analysis, M&A, or franchise development.
• Strong financial modeling and valuation skills with Excel.
• Experience negotiating commercial agreements.
• Knowledge of franchise business models.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

• Screen and evaluate opportunities against FRAMEX criteria.
• Build financial models to assess deal viability, ROI, and risk.
• Lead negotiations on franchise and master franchise agreement terms.
• Manage the deal pipeline, tracking from first contact to closing.
• Coordinate with Legal & Compliance on agreement structuring and due diligence.
• Prepare investment memos and present findings to the Head of Franchise Development.
• Monitor post-agreement milestones to ensure franchise terms are met.

CandidateRequirements
