Job summary

Framex investment is seeking a Franchise Systems & Expansion Coordinator to formalize a brand's operations into clear, replicable documentation and to drive expansion into new markets in the GCC and beyond.

You will map existing processes, develop manuals, and create training frameworks, while coordinating master franchise agreements and due diligence with partners, legal advisors, and regulators.

Qualifications

• Strong technical writing skills with high attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities across multiple projects.
• Experience across multiple markets or international partners is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills; Arabic/English bilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Map existing business processes with brand founders and operations teams.
• Draft comprehensive franchise operations manuals across operations, service, inventory, etc.
• Develop training frameworks and materials for future franchisees and staff.
• Standardize SOPs to maintain brand consistency across franchised locations.
• Review and update documentation as franchise models evolve or expand into new markets.
• Support due diligence on prospective deals and coordinate master franchise agreements across territories.
• Track expansion milestones and flag delays or risks to leadership.
• Assist in market entry planning for GCC and international territories.
