Job summary

FRAMEX in Dubai seeks an experienced Investor Relations Manager to own relationships with investors from outreach to deal closing. You will blend relationship management, financial storytelling, and negotiation skills to align investor interests with opportunities and keep them engaged throughout the investment lifecycle.

Ideal candidates have 6+ years in investor relations, private equity, or investment banking, with an existing UAE/GCC investor network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or higher in Finance, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a network of individual and institutionalinvestors


• Present investment opportunities clearly and persuasively toprospective investors


• Manage ongoing investor communications, updates, and reporting


• Lead negotiations on investment terms through to deal closing


• Collaborate with the Franchise Investment Manager to aligninvestor interests with available opportunities


• Represent FRAMEX at investor events, roadshows, and industryconferences


• Maintain accurate CRM records of investor interactions andpipeline status

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field; MBA aplus


• 6+ years of experience in investor relations, private equity, orinvestment banking


• Strong presentation and relationship-building skills


• Proven ability to close deals with high-net-worth individuals orinstitutional investors


• Deep understanding of investment structures andfranchise/business investment models


• Existing network of investors in the UAE/GCC is highlyadvantageous
