Job summary

KPMG Middle East Careers is seeking a senior practitioner to independently lead engagements with analytical and financial rigor across CDD, feasibility, and strategy. You will translate ambiguous business problems into structured analytical approaches and develop commercial insights grounded in data.

You will build and review complex financial models (real estate, infrastructure, FS), run scenario analysis and stress-testing, and present clear investment views to senior stakeholders under tight

Qualifications

• Experience in due diligence, market, competition, and business plan reviews.
• Ability to structure workstreams and deliver under tight timelines.
• Strong modeling of real estate, infrastructure, and FS; IRR/NPV/payback.
• Experience with investment evaluations and feasibility modeling.
• Ability to interpret new sectors and identify value levers.

• Hands-on experience in:
  • CDD engagements (market, competition, target assessment, business plan review)
  • Commercial strategy and feasibility studies
• Ability to independently:
  • Structure workstreams
  • Identify key value drivers and risks
  • Develop clear investment theses / strategic options
• Advanced Financial Analysis & Modeling
• Strong expertise in:
  • Building and reviewing complex financial models (especially real estate, infrastructure, and FS)
  • Scenario analysis, sensitivities, and return metrics (IRR, NPV, payback)
• Ability to diagnose issues in models quickly and refine assumptions
• Experience working with investment cases, feasibility models, and transaction scenarios
• Strong Business Acumen
• Ability to rapidly:
  • Understand new sectors and business models
  • Identify commercial levers and risks

• Proven ability to:

Preferred Background

• CFA Level II (or above) strongly preferred
• Prior experience in:
  • Equity research, transaction advisory, or investment advisory roles
  • Strategy consulting with strong analytical exposure
  • Hands-on financial modelling experience and extreme comfort with financial analysis
