Job summary

MAISON DE MAA is seeking a Franchise Manager to lead and grow its franchise network in Dubai. You will manage relationships with franchise partners, drive sales plans, ensure brand standards, and identify expansion opportunities across locations.

The role requires a minimum of 5 years in franchise or retail operations, strong negotiation and relationship skills, and fluency in English and Arabic. Collaboration with Marketing, Operations, and Finance will be essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in franchise management, retail operations, or business development.
• Experience in perfume, beauty, luxury retail, or FMCG is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with existing franchise partners and act as the main point of contact between franchisees and the company.
• Develop and implement franchise sales and growth plans in line with company objectives.
• Monitor franchise sales performance, targets, KPIs, and profitability.
• Ensure franchise stores comply with company policies, brand standards, visual merchandising guidelines, and operational procedures.
• Conduct regular visits and performance reviews for franchise locations.
• Identify and evaluate potential new franchise partners and expansion opportunities.
