Job summary

Maa-Althahab, a subsidiary of MAISON DE MAA Group, seeks a Franchise Business Manager to lead and grow our franchise network in the Middle East and Africa. You will ensure partners operate to brand standards, hit sales targets, and sustain luxury positioning across locations.

You will develop expansion plans, monitor performance, train partners, and coordinate with Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance to identify new opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in franchise management, retail operations, sales, or business development.
• Experience in perfume, beauty, cosmetics, luxury retail, or FMCG is preferred.
• Good understanding of franchise operations and retail business.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with existing franchise partners and act as the main point of contact between franchisees and the company.
• Develop and implement franchise sales and growth plans in line with company objectives.
• Monitor franchise sales performance, targets, KPIs, and profitability.
• Ensure franchise stores comply with company policies, brand standards, visual merchandising guidelines, and operational procedures.
• Conduct regular visits and performance reviews for franchise locations.
• Identify and evaluate potential new franchise partners and expansion opportunities.
• Support the opening of new franchise stores, including location assessment, setup, training, and launch coordination.
