Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in franchise or multi-unit restaurant management.
• Strong knowledge of the UAE and GCC F&B market dynamics.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to travel across the UAE and GCC frequently.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate potential franchise partners in the UAE and GCC.
• Negotiate and finalize franchise agreements.
• Support new outlet openings, ensuring operational readiness.
• Ensure franchisees comply with brand standards, quality, and service.
• Conduct audits and operational visits to maintain performance.
• Monitor sales, profitability, and KPIs of franchise outlets.
• Train franchisees and their teams on operations, service, and brand values.
• Provide ongoing support to optimize business performance.
• Collaborate with marketing to implement regional promotions.
• Report performance to corporate management and act as focal point between franchisees and corporate.
