Job summary

ADNOC in Abu Dhabi seeks a seasoned Franchise Strategy Manager to lead development and implementation of the franchise program for its Distribution network. You will evaluate opportunities, negotiate terms, and oversee performance.

The role requires 8 years of franchise experience in retail/oil/gas sectors, strong leadership, and deep knowledge of UAE market and regulations. You will coordinate site selection, design, training, and launch.

Qualifications

• 8 years of relevant experience in franchise development and management.
• Knowledge of UAE market, regulations, and culture.
• Experience in retail, oil and gas, or automotive sectors.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to develop franchise strategy and business plans.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement franchise strategy and business plans for distribution.
• Identify and evaluate franchise opportunities and monitor performance of franchisees.
• Ensure compliance with franchise agreements, policies, and standards.
• Coordinate site selection, design, construction, training, and launch.
• Provide ongoing guidance and feedback to franchisees and stakeholders.
• Develop and manage franchise marketing and communications plans.
