Maa-Althahab, a subsidiary of MAISON DE MAA Group, seeks a Franchise Manager to oversee the growth and governance of its franchise network in the Middle East. You will manage partner relationships, drive sales plans, and ensure brand standards across all locations.

The role requires extensive franchise operations experience, strong commercial acumen, and fluency in English and Arabic. Travel to franchise sites and close collaboration with marketing and supply chain are expected.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in franchise management, retail operations, sales, or business development.
• Experience in perfume, beauty, cosmetics, luxury retail, or FMCG is preferred.
• Good understanding of franchise operations and retail business.
• Strong commercial, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and reporting tools.
• Bilingual English and Arabic is preferred.

• Conduct regular visits and performance reviews for franchise locations.
• Identify and evaluate potential new franchise partners and expansion opportunities.
• Support opening of new franchise stores, including location assessment, setup, training, and launch coordination.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance for franchise requirements.
• Ensure franchise partners receive product, sales, operational, and brand training.
• Monitor stock availability, product assortment, and sales across locations.
• Review market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
• Support preparation and follow-up of franchise agreements with management and legal.
• Prepare regular franchise performance reports and recommend corrective actions.

• Monitor stock availability, product assortment, and sales performance across franchise locations.
• Review market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify business opportunities.
• Support the preparation and follow-up of franchise agreements in coordination with management and the legal team.
• Prepare regular franchise performance reports and recommend corrective actions when required.
• Ensure timely collection of payments and follow up on franchise financial obligations in coordination with Finance.
