Michelin invites a Franchise Consultant to Cairo to grow the business portfolio by selling offers to Direct, Indirect, Professional End Users, and Dealers. The role focuses on building strong client relationships and delivering compelling proposals to support renewals and new initiatives.

You will manage accounts of various sizes, understand market positions, and actively network at industry events to identify opportunities and drive growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in account or project management.
• Strong relationship-building skills.
• Ability to develop sales proposals and present to customers.
• Willingness to visit clients and attend industry events.

Responsabilités

• Manage accounts of all sizes by representing your team externally with clients and internally by working with various stakeholders.
• Develop understanding of clients' market position, products/services, points of difference and competitive landscape.
• Capture, manage & answer customer requests/claims.
• Establish and build strong working relationships with business leaders at all levels.
• Manage day-to-day client communication and ongoing relationships related to current and upcoming projects.
