Job summary

Michelin invites a Franchise Consultant to Cairo to grow the business portfolio by selling offers to Direct, Indirect, Professional End Users, and Dealers. The role focuses on building strong client relationships and delivering compelling proposals to support renewals and new initiatives.

You will manage accounts of various sizes, understand market positions, and actively network at industry events to identify opportunities and drive growth.

Franchise Consultant

This job will be based in Cairo, Egypt.

Mission:

Develop business portfolio (geographical or segmentation, etc) through the sales of offers (product/service/solution) to Customer (Direct, Indirect, Professional End User, Dealer)

Key Expectations:

• Manage accounts of all sizes by representing your team externally with clients and internally by working with various stakeholders
• Develop a thorough understanding of the clients’ position in the market, their product/service, points of difference and competitive landscape
• Capture, manage & answer customer request/claim
• Establish and build strong working relationships with business leaders at all levels
• Manage day-to-day client communication and ongoing relationships as it relates to current, new and upcoming projects including business review
• Prepare and present sales information and effective proposal for customer during renewal or new initiatives
• As necessary, visit clients, attend trade shows and other industry events to capitalize on networking and relationship-building opportunities
• Proactively remain connected to clients and the ever-changing market to access new search opportunities and ensure all viable clients are engaged on a regular and effective basis
• Develops/generates new leads by monitoring trends, conducting research, identifying opportunities, cold calling and making appointments.
