Overview

Charterhouse are currently supporting a boutique financial advisory client, whom are in the process of recruiting a Fractional CFO to support their international network of offices.

About the Role

The Fractional CFO will contribute on a part-time/consultancy basis, around the needs within the organisation, while they can be based either onsite within their Dubai operation or on a remote basis. The role will have an overall support oversight of financial management along with an ability to steward-forward areas of financial strategy from a planning, forecasting and funding prospective. In conjunction, this role will be heavily-geared towards areas of US Tax (Federal and State level), linking to both office jurisdictions for filing purposes and on the client side from an advisory and legislative standpoint.

About You

The client would look to recruit a CPA (under the AICPA), and the candidate will be required to demonstrate an extensive and hands-on track record within Tax planning, reporting and any statutory-linked accounting under the US Tax policy.

In conjunction, the client would look towards a candidate whom is able to deliver financial compliance under both US and international standards whilst also possessing a knowledge of practices and Tax policy within areas of financial services, investments and private wealth management. Combined with this, the role (and the client) will demand strong attention-to-detail, excellent communication and analytical skills to develop/refine strong plans and reports across multiple portfolios and jurisdictions internationally.
