You’ll work directly with the two co-founders and the closing team in a flat organization, using AI tools daily to improve outreach while keeping expectations honest and trust-first.

Qualifications

• Has worked closely with founders: accelerator, VC platform, startup, or founder-facing role.
• Can turn conversations into commitments and explain raise mechanics.
• Sets realistic expectations and builds trust quickly across markets.

Responsibilities

• First conversations to inform founders about their raise and capture blockers.
• Book the next step on the call with the necessary context.
• Maintain founder relationships and warm leads until ready.
